We talked amongst ourselves for an hour, but we ended the public part of the podcast when you left. We ought to try a full hour format the next time.

It was fun until my sandwich came. Grilled Portobello with avocado and other stuff. If I remember correctly, it was pretty good – quite filling; and kept me on my attempt to eat healthy(ier). Have not yet listened to the podcast, but will do so eventually; did you guys continued on without me? I will eventually blog about the rest of this trip… Back in NYC tomorrow night. By Thursday, instead of being at work, I could actually look forward to… jury duty…
